As many of you know, Ruth Klose has been a member at First Church of Christ, Scientist, Adelaide for many years and for the last 18 years has been our dedicated Church Clerk.
Ruth’s commitment and dedication has helped our Church run smoothly over that time. Even though her Clerk duties have been passed on to Paul Rayner, Ruth will continue to be very involved with the music in Church. Ruth played the organ at 266 North Terrace for countless years and now plays the piano in the hired rooms at the WEA for our Sunday Services whenever the opportunity arises. Ruth will certainly be kept busy with her ongoing work in the Music Committee.
Her big smile & friendly nature is still helping to welcome visitors and strangers alike. Congratulations on a wonderful achievement Ruth.
Welcome to Paul Rayner as incoming Clerk! Paul’s experience in various positions in the Public Service over many years fit him well to mould himself into this position within the church. Paul said “I look forward to continuing the commitment and dedication shown by Ruth over many years, and serving the church and its members through this position.”
